Ristretto Decaffeinato

A drop of deliciousness: the essence of Italy’s iconic drinking tradition, decaffeinated. Inspired by the ambassadors of all Italian coffees, the Ristretto, we chose not to imitate, but to roast our perfect version. Long roasted for body, short for brightness and fruit, this coffee is the culmination of all we explored in the emblematic Italian cup.

Origin

This complex decaffeinated blend is created using Arabicas from Brazil and Colombia, in combination with Robustas from other sources including East Africa.

Roasting

A slow split roast develop the decaffeinated Arabica and Robusta coffees to archieve is rich, roasty notes, while preserving the acidity and fruitness that make this coffee so complex.
