If you are not satisfied with the amount of coffee provided by your machine, you can always reset these settings. Essenza/Inissia/Citiz/Pixie/Latissima automatic espresso machines can be reset as follows: - Switch on the machine, fill the tank with drinking water - Insert a capsule into the machine and place a cup under the coffee spout - Press and hold the button for that you want to set the amount until you have reached the desired amount, at which point you release the button. Thus, the quantity set by you will be memorized by your device. Programming and resetting the quantities can be done at any time and for any of the 2 varieties, lungo or espresso.

If you have pressed the coffee button and no water flows at all through the coffee spout, the machine most likely needs to be vented. Most often it happens when the tank runs out of water or if the machine has not been used for a long time.

In order to always be able to enjoy coffee at the highest quality parameters, we recommend decalcifying the machine regularly, also taking into account your consumption.
