Born in Hong Kong with culinary experience from Toronto to New York, Michelin Star Chef Vicky Cheng is a storyteller in the kitchen. His restaurant VEA is a blend of Chinese and French culture, embracing his roots with an inventive approach – combining French gastronomy techniques while honoring the use of fresh and authentic products from his local environment.
