In this exclusive Edition, Chef Grolet will be joined by Nespresso’s Head of Coffee, Alexis Rodriguez, where he will put Alexis’s knowledge to the test.
Chef Grolet will revisit his “trompe l’œil” coffee bean pastry using two different coffees in two identical pastries: one will be created using the extremely rare Special Reserve Jamaica Blue Mountain capsule, while the other will contain Master Origins India.
